Jim was born and raised in Broken Bow, NE where he graduated from Broken Bow High School. He has been working on a ranch as well as auctioneering at the local sale barn. He also has a  cow/calf operation of his own. He and his wife Kathy have 3 children.

Jim and Kathy are the owners of Dave Davis Auction Service, Inc.

Kathy was born and raised on a farm west of Merna, NE. She graduated from Anselmo/Merna High School. She then graduated from Lincoln School of Commerce with a degree in accounting. She has worked in banking and at the Broken Bow Country Club. She and husband Jim have 3 children.

Kathy and Jim are the owners of Dave Davis Auction Service, Inc.

After graduating from Broken Bow High School, Dave Davis attended Hastings College for 3 years. He has owned Sargent Livestock and owned Dave Davis Realty & Auction Service, Inc. from 1984-1998. He is currently the managing broker of the Broken Bow Farmers National Co. office.

Dave has been a licensed real estate saleman for the past 37 years.

After graduating from Waco Public High School, LaDonna Davis attended Business College for 2 years. She has worked in banks for several years, worked in doctor's offices and spent 4 years at Bryan Memorial Hospital in the Modified Intensified Care Unit. She was a Real Estate Closing Agent for Dave Davis Realty & Auction Service, Inc. from 1984-1998. LaDonna has been licensed to sell Real Estate since 1977.
